Content and physical description
ContentBohuslav Martinů sends a list of performances of his compositions (including the date) that he found in the Radio Paris magazine from 1953-1955. The list is not exhaustive, performances outside France may not be included, nor may one-off performances of works within larger radio cycles where the composer is not named in the programme. These are mainly orchestral works lasting around 20-30 minutes. Compositions have mostly been performed in public concerts and broadcast on radio, with no way of checking compositions performed only in concert halls. He gets a list of some other opuses from [Rafael] Kubelík and Die Haghe Sanghers. American performances of compositions he should find out from Boosey & Hawkes.
