ContentThey send a reply to the letter of 01.07.1960. They announce that all the works written are subject to a contract between ARTIA and Boosey & Hawkes, listing parts of the contract (B&H appoint ARTIA as commercial agent for the works on the first list in the countries listed - these are countries with communist regimes. Similarly, ARTIA appoints B&H as the commercial agent for the tracks on the second list in the other countries around the world. BD encloses with the letter both lists of works: ¨Schedule one¨ contains 23 BM works published by and belonging to B&H. ¨Schedule two¨ contains A./ BM works published in the Czechoslovakia, divided by genre. B./ BM works not yet published, publishing rights belong to the Czechoslovak Republic C./ BM works written for Czechoslovak broadcasters, etc. D./ BM works submitted by the composer to Czechoslovak publishers.
