Content and physical description
ContentKarel Šebánek sent 3 volumes of The Bartered Bride to Boosey & Hawkes via Orbis, which is now in charge of exports to England. As Melantrich will not be able to pay the entire bill it already has with BH any time soon, it proposes the following solution: BH to send the score of Bohuslav Martinů's SINFONIETTA GIOCOSA to Melantrich, K[arel] Šolc to provide the piano accompaniment, and Melantrich to pay him. Melantrich also offers BH to take over the exclusive representation of BM works published by Melantrich - they will sell them the rights at a 55% discount. He lists the works in question, including those currently in print. KS will probably be able to come to London, so they will discuss it further in person. Miloš Sádlo is looking for BM cell tracks, wants to run them abroad. Which tracks could BH provide?
