ContentAn agreement between composer Bohuslav Martinů and Boosey & Hawkes regulating the relationship regarding the administration and publication of his musical works. The publisher acquires the exclusive right to publish, sell, and otherwise use the composer's past and future works during the term of the agreement. The document specifies which works remain with the publisher, which are returned to the composer, and which will be newly assigned. Martinů also transfers all copyrights to the publisher and undertakes to provide the necessary materials for publication. In return, he will receive an annual fee of $2,400, paid quarterly.
