ContentMemorandum between Boosey & Hawkes and Dilia, dated November 14, 1955. Dilia has the rights to SPALICE, JULIET, THE THEATRE BEHIND THE GATE, THE VOICE OF THE WOODS and VESELOHRA NA MOST. B&H has the rights to GENEITBA, WHAT PEOPLE LIVE FOR and MIRANDOLINA. Each party will arrange for the reproduction of materials for their works and make them available to the partner company. Dilia will represent B&H in "people's democratic" countries, B&H will represent Dilia in other countries. Other provisions relate to financial issues related to royalties and the reciprocal delivery of material. The contract is for five years with automatic renewal.
