Content and physical description
ContentDilia informs Bohuslav Martinů of her agreement with Boosey & Hawkes. They have divided their territorial scope in a similar way as Artia did with B&H: Dilia will own the "people's democratic" states, B&H the other countries.
Dilia will reproduce the materials of the works whose rights are in Czechoslovakia: SPALÍČEK, JULIETTA, DIVADLO ZA BRÁNOU, HLAS LESA and VESELOHRA NA MOSTĚ (which they have only for Czechoslovakia). B&H will reproduce ZENITBA, WHAT PEOPLE LIVE BY and MIRANDOLINA.
Dilia and B&H will lend and bill each other materials. They are finalizing the contract, Dilia will send a copy to BM for approval. Once she has his approval, she will draft a contract for him as well.
Dilia will include BM's works in the forthcoming catalogue Opern und Ballette. He asks BM to send biographical information and a photograph.
