ContentFriends from Polička write congratulations on BM's 65th birthday after a festive evening in Polička. Milada Musilová - at the gala evening she sang "SONGS ON ONE AND TWO PAGES" and a selection from "SPALIK". Musilová will again sing "SONGS" on 21.1.1956 in Prague at a separate concert.
František Smetana congratulates - he played the BM sonatas at a gala evening yesterday in Prague and today in Polička.
Ladislav Simon, an employee of Czechoslovak Television, writes about today's programme, where the Ondříček Quartet played part of the BM quartet and the singer Stanislava Sováková sang BM songs. The television programme was prepared by L. Simon's wife, Emma Konérnová [?].
Lada Pražan, Koníček, Fr. Popelka, Jar. Maděra. Old Mr. Vizita? is still alive, he is almost blind and no longer plays, but he often remembers BM.
