Content and physical description
ContentDuring conversations with Panton collaborator Zdeněk Zajic during Charlotte Martinů's visit to Prague, ChM agreed to publish the following works by Bohuslav Martinů with Panton. These works are:
1. CONCERTINO FOR Clavier (left hand)
2. KYTICE
3. 1st PIANO CONCERT (attributed mark)
4. SONATA FOR VIOLIN AND PIANO (1926)
5. 3 CHILDREN'S CHOIRS
6. ORCHESTRAL SUITE FROM THE JULIETTE OPERA (attributed mark)
7. CONCERTINO FOR PIANO AND ORCHESTRA (1936)
8. SEXTET FOR PIANO AND WIND QUINTET (1929) (attributed mark)

They therefore take the liberty of sending the contract as an appendix. They would be glad if ChM could send it back signed and they will prepare manuscripts or copies of the works with this as indicated in the contract in paragraphs 5 and 6. They will then send back a copy of the contract as soon as they receive the original.
