Content and physical description
ContentBohuslav Martinů writes only briefly, he is in hospital [?]. The publisher is supposed to send him the old form, he doesn't understand many things in the new contracts. He's clarifying the terms. The compositions in question are: 'Bureš's Cycle', PETRKLÍČ, ZBOJNICKÉ PÍSNĚ and NONET. They wrote that they had sent him ZBOJNICKY PÍSNĚ, but he received nothing.

Notethe date of the letter doesn't correspond to Martinů's hospitalisation (he was in hospital since 8 August 1959) - it matches nevertheless with letters from the publishing house accompanying both versions of contracts, see SNKLHU 1959-06-29 (ID 3982) a SNKLHU 1959-07-22 (ID 3981); the adresee of the letter previously erroneously identified as the State Publishing House (old call No. at IBM therefore SHV 1959-07-13)
