Content and physical description
ContentBM is to send the National Theatre in Brno scores of some of his works. He thanks the addressee for his intercession with Jiříkovský and also for the information about the Smetana Prize. BM will not apply for the prize, but wants to enter the Smetana Fund prize competition. He asks the addressee for information. He has sent the opera [Three Wishes?] to the [Brno] theatre, but is worried that it will be too expensive to stage. The Palladium will be performed in Prague at the beginning of the next season; he cannot dispose of the score now. The prize-winning sextet was a great success in Washington. Ansermet performed his Serenade in Geneva. He asks if it could be performed in Brno, it is not difficult and is for a small orchestra. The material is with Schott). Enquiry about performing Rond in Brno.
