ContentPursuant to the Agreement dating from 1 January 1952, Boosey & Hawkes is returning the rights to the mentioned Bohuslav Martinů works. Yet the materials for the works will continue to be deposited at B&H as BM’s property and will serve for performance of these works. 20% of the lending fee will be devolved to B&H for mediation of these services. B&H are aware of the fact that BM is a member of the BIEM, therefore possible “mechanical licenses” [= licences for making a recording, or a recording copy] will be resolved through the BIEM. The materials for the mentioned compositions can be returned to BM upon request. This undersigned Agreement is valid throughout the world.
