ContentMiloš Šafránek is in Paris with his family. Ernst Roth will certainly be interested in his new book on Bohuslav Martinů, partly in manuscript form, partly in the form of various documents. MŠ plans to complete it during the next year [1956] after going through some old and new manuscripts of BM's compositions. The MC will therefore have to contact the London office of Boosey & Hawkes. Saffron's wife, the pianist Germaine Leroux will have an important engagement in South Africa in June/July 1956 and will need a manager. MS asks if Boosey & Hawkes could recommend her to someone at the Holt Agency. She can play recitals or with an orchestra (BM pieces or other repertoire), or she can perform with the French violinist Janine Andrade. Is the CONCERT FOR VIOLIN, PIANO AND ORCHESTRA owned by BH? Will the SONATA FOR PIANO be published by BH? When was SONATA FOR VIOLINS No. 3 published?
