ContentBohuslav Martinů asks Wilhelm Strecker about his plans for his compositions. He would like to revive the CLAVIERNE TRIO [No. 1?] and the RITORNELS. He is also interested in the fate of the CONCERT FOR VIOLONCELLO AND ORCHESTRA [No. 1], which was a success and about which many have asked. Will SM publish this work? He would also like to meet with WS about the [Samuel] Dushkin award. BM is now in Europe and asks WS to send a check to France. WS still owes him three manuscripts, which BM has estimated to be worth $150. BM is now in Nice writing a new opera.
