Content and physical description
ContentKarel Šebánek informs Charlotte Martinů about the premiere of Greek Passions at the Smetana Theatre in Prague [now the Prague State Opera], which was a great success. He sends her the programme. The discs with JULIETTA have been shipped to Bucharest. KS found out from Jiri Mack that the four discs for her and Georges Neveux have not been shipped yet, due to problems at the border. The shipment is therefore with KS. Vojtěch Strnad was very surprised by this situation. VS also does not have a stamp from BERGERETTES, which is a great pity. Wolfgang Timaeus from Bärenreiter was in Prague, but KS did not have a chance to talk to him. Jaroslav Procházka was in Paris for two weeks and left KS a letter from ...rich [probably Melantrich]. He believes that the dispatch of the material and the piano lift to Fritz Hirt arrived in time. KS looks forward to hearing ChM's news and wishes her health to improve.
