Content and physical description
ContentBohuslav Martinů sends his regards to Josef Hutter and sends him an article, hoping that he will find it useful. He would like JH to send him a copy, he wants to write another epic on this subject. BM asks JH if he has published his article on the Novak-Frank quartet in Paris? Next, BM asks JH to look into the accounts so that BM will count it as the last time JH intervened vigorously. BM will pick it up later when he gets to Prague and hopes to write more for JH. He is currently composing one ballet [KITCHEN REVUE] for J. Kröschlová's group. BM hopes to perform DUO No. 1 in Prague and is curious to hear JH's judgement. He might write him a few lines about what he is doing. The score [QUARTET?] will be published in Universal Edition, asks JH to mention it in the letters. BM regrets that this piece has been played with great success all over Germany, five times in Vienna and Paris and only once in Prague, though with great success, but no one has looked back for it. If anyone wanted to draw conclusions from that, it would have been a rather sad outcome.
