Content and physical description
ContentZdeněk Zouhar acknowledges receipt of documents including "Fantasia for Novák". He has messages from Karel Šebánek and Miloš Šafránek. KS opposes the memorial plaque [for Bohuslav Martinů] and is to send Zouhar a party for the OPENING OF THE STUDIOS. With the "second choir" Zouhar has started "The Bolawa hlavenka" and they will do "Enchantments and Gossip" [from FIVE CZECH MADRIGALS], brought by Miloslav Bureš. He informs that perhaps a FIELD MASS will be given by two ensembles. Two days ago in Brno a HYMN TO ST. JAMES, yesterday a violin concerto [No. 1 or 2?], tomorrow a MEMORIAL TO THE PEOPLE, and the day after tomorrow again a HYMNUS. Regrets that a commemorative plaque will not be displayed, another occasion would perhaps be on BM's 70th birthday.
