Content and physical description
ContentBohuslav Martinů sends answers to the questions in the Literary Newspaper poll. He apologizes for the delay in sending it, he has a lot to do after a three-month break and he is moving. That's why he didn't write anything more substantial. He asks for the results of the survey to be sent to him, he would be interested to know how others have responded. [From the enclosed copy of the letter it appears that the questions were as follows: 1) The longevity, or probable development, of opera as a department. 2) The repertoire and reproduction side of the State Opera. 3) Own work, or plans for music and drama. The answers were printed in No. 13, May 3, 1935].
