ContentLeroux requests the loan of the material for CONCERT FOR PIANO AND ORCHESTRA No. 2 for America. If performed in the Czechoslovakia or elsewhere, it is possible to ask the Czech Philh. for their material. CF requests INVENCE. Martinů will send the material as soon as possible, the score is in Melantrich. The fee for the performance of TRE RICERCARI, which Melantrich arranged, belongs to them, but why are they withholding the manuscript? They could have acquired the published material, or corrected it from Italy and made it available to Szell. They should have requested the score from Italy and given the manuscript to Szell, who would then have passed it on to UE London. RONDA handed over the Martinu to Smetáček with the understanding that Melantrich would take over the items from the radio, except for the items ordered by the radio. Why would Sebanek have the rights to the works?
