Content and physical description
ContentJan Seid[e]l of ND claims that Bohuslav Martinů has not yet signed a contract with the publishing house Bärenreiter for MIRANDOLINA, although Bärenreiter writes in Dilia that the contract is already concluded. Dilia is responsible for reproducing the material for the ND performance.
It would have been more advantageous for BM to have signed a contract with Dilia at least for CSR, unless he had already signed a contract with Bärenreiter for CSR as well. If Martinů decides, he should write to Dilia and they will immediately send him the contracts to sign and the deposit for the performance in ND.
In the enclosed letter, Dilia sends the contracts for THE VOICE OF LESA and GREEK PASSION.
