Content	Panton asks Ch. Martinů for permission to publish the works of B. Martinů, for which he and Ch. Martinů contracted in 1959-1975, but did not manage to publish them. [The space for listing the works concerned is blank]. Similarly, he asks for consent to amend the contracts for works for which he has a contract but does not have the scores, to the effect that he will publish the work within five years of obtaining the score. [The space for listing works is again blank here.] Panton also wants to publish Martinů's unpublished and unbound works. E.g., the SMITH QUARTET [ES MOLL], which was in the repertoire of the Calvet Quartet, and for which Calvet would have the score.
