ContentResponds to the questions in the letter of 12/19: 1) Regarding Ms. Pézier and her check, it is none of their business and they recommend to ChM that Ms. Pézier deal directly with Barclay's Bank. 2) They cannot pass any legal authority to the opera Theatre Behind the Gate, they cannot pay her the royalties owed by Czechoslovakia. 3) On behalf of Mirandolin, they propose to Breitkopf & Härtel that ChM receive 50% of the gross income from all theatre performances, radio and television broadcasts. 4) He cannot help her with the translation of Juliette, as they do not have the appropriate authorizations. 5) They ask for a reply as to whether she wishes to leave Symphony Nos. 2 and 3 unpublished with Boosey & Hawkes. 6) He encloses their letter to her regarding the AMP royalties. 7) He has received a message from the Czech Embassy in Bern that the relevant office in Prague is dealing with the matters surrounding her inheritance.
