Content and physical description
ContentAfter receiving a letter from the Martins [in Polička] confirming the acceptance of DIVADL ZA BRANOU, Karel Šebánek telephoned DILIA, where [Jiřina] Tůmová assured him that they had written to [Polička] from the agency. Apparently the Ministry of Culture was preparing something for the anniversary of Bohuslav Martinů, as they asked KS to complete the information. Since Miloš Šafránek is in Paris, BM has not written to him. Artia has not yet notified the London publisher [Boosey and Hawkes?] that the Czech Music Fund is the executor of their contract for orchestral materials, so they have not yet received anything from them. There is a need for material for the [Czech] Philharmonic and for Brno. He will come to see the new manuscripts, which they did not have in Polička last time. At the end of the month he will be doing a film rehearsal of OPENING THE STUDIOS with the full cast. He has already sent the material to Zdeněk Zouhar.
