ContentBohuslav Martinů wishes Otakar Ostrčilovi a Happy New Year and thanks him for his trust in him and his efforts. BM would be very pleased if OO would send him his judgement on his latest work KOLEDA and asks if this work would be suitable for him to perform. BM also asks him if he could include ISTAR in one of the evenings of the Festival. BM has some plans for this work in [France] and OO would facilitate his position and the work he is doing under difficult conditions. BM thinks that HALF-TIME will also be on the programme. He reiterates that he would be very grateful to OO if this were possible. He thanks him sincerely.
