ContentBohuslav Martinů is recovering from an operation, he has lost a lot of weight and has to work only lightly. He sends Alfred Schlee a letter from [Hans] Erisamnn suggesting that he change the title of FANTASIE CONCERTANTE back to CONCERT FOR KALVIER [No. 5], which BM hereby asks him to do if it is still possible. As for the GREEK PASSIONS, he will finish it in a few days, only the final chorus, about 10 minutes, remains to be composed, which he will certainly be able to do in January, before AS has finished the vocal score.
