ContentDilia thanks Charlotte Martinů for her November letter [see DLA 1963-11-11]. They are still negotiating with Josef Nečesany of the PSPU regarding the material for ISAIAH'S PROPHECY to be sent to the PSPU from Israel [Israeli Music Publications]. In Dilia, they received a beautiful catalogue from Artie and, in agreement with JN, are sending it to the Israeli publisher. This might perhaps solve the question of material for the PSPU [see Gra 1963-07-02b].
Dilia regrets that ChM will not be at the Czech Philharmonic concert [it is the Czechoslovak premiere of ISAIAH'S ORATORY, apparently on 4-12-1963]; he will talk to her about it again.
They enclose a statement from the Trade Bank. Dilie Charlotte's accountant will transfer all incoming payments to the bank in Compiègne at her request. They thank ChM for being willing to receive fees for OPENING STUDIOS and SPALES [in crowns to the account at the Trades Bank].
The State Theatre in Brno plans to stage THE VOICE OF THE FOREST in March. ChM would again receive royalties in crowns, as the work was premiered in Czechoslovakia. So perhaps ChM could come.
Dilia still has two letters from Israeli Music Publications to discuss with JN. They will return them to Charlotte with the next letter.
