ContentThe contract between Dilia and Charlotte Martinů. ChM grants Dilia the rights to the works THE VOICE OF THE FOREST and PLAYS ABOUT MARY. ChM will be entitled to 50% of the performance royalties. Royalties for performances in Czechoslovakia will be sent to her account at Živnostenská banka in non-transferable crowns, while royalties for foreign performances will be sent to a French account to be specified by ChM. ChM's share of any costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Dilia collects the full amount of the rent, ChM does not participate in it.
