Content	This is an outline of the letter. Miloš Šafránek writes that in Václav Černý's book "Medieval Drama" he searched in vain for a paragraph about Bohuslav Martinů and his SPALICE and PLAYS ABOUT MARY. He lacks any mention of BM's collaboration with Henri Ghéon and Vilém Závada. BM also writes about THE THEATRE BEHIND THE GATE, as a Czech commedia dell'arte. He refers the MC to the relevant places in his book where the information can be found.
