ContentBM thanks SK for the performance of the Symphony [Rhapsody] in Boston and for the money he sent him for the copyright to La Bagarro. He would like to know SK's opinion of the Symphony and whether he will perform it in Paris this season. The Jazz Suite was played in Frankfurt and will be played in Paris by Straram [?]. He has almost completed the second act of the film opera and hopes for the German premiere in Berlin and Baden-Baden.

BM thanks SK for presenting Symphonie [La Rhapsodie] in Boston and for the money which was sent for performance rights to La Bagarre. He would like to have Koussevitzky's opinion of Symphonie, and to know if SK will play it in Paris this season. The Jazz Suite was presented in Frankfurt and will be presented in Paris by Straram [?]. He has nearly finished the second act of the opera-film and hopes to have its premiere in Germany, in Berlin and Baden-Baden.
