ContentDr. Ernst Roth has agreed to return the rights to CONCERTO FOR PIANO AND ORCHESTRA NO. 3 to Bohuslav Martinů, as well as all the rights to the opera MIRANDOLINA. The contract on CONCERTO FOR PIANO AND ORCHESTRA NO. 3 was concluded together with the CONCERTO FOR HARPSICHORD AND SMALL ORCHESTRA, the QUARTET [for oboe, violin, cello and piano?], STRING QUARTET NO. 7, and SINFONIA CONCERTANTE. The rights to the first three works have been returned previously, the rights to the CONCERTO have thus been returned now. They cannot find the contract for MIRANDOLINA, they probably do not possess any rights to this opera. Accordingly, the only valid contract is that for the SINFONIA CONCERTANTE.
