ContentHe would like Urban to find someone for the text of the opera buffa, he sends him the script and justifies his plans, which he says Urban will know better when he sees his Plays about Mary; he promises to leave the librettist free, but he wants to preserve the construction of the scenes, the text should be cheerful and clear,...; he is writing other additions to the libretto; the texts are based on Debureau's pantomimes, some are from Moliere and some from Italian comedies; he would like to have at least the first act ready within a fortnight, so that he can get to work; he is leaving Paris for a few days for Italy - he sends his address; he is glad that Urban is doing well with The Sparrow.
