ContentKarel Vötterle encloses a contract concerning the opera MIRANDOLINA. He notes that the contract was drawn up, as Bohuslav Martinů wished, according to the contract BM had with the publishing house Universal Edition.
KV asks for an explanation of the exact meaning of the title STOWE PASTORALS. KV hopes that JULIETTA will be performed in other cities, and notes that they will need the German piano extract from Dilio as soon as possible. He also encloses the contracts for the other works that Bärenreiter will publish, and asks BM to send him back one signed copy.
KV asks him to send him the manuscript of the piano extract of MIRANDOLINA as soon as possible so that the translator can begin work without delay. He asks BM if he has any other operas that have not been published by that point.
