Content and physical description
ContentBohuslav Martinů got the letter, but not the package yet. He writes about problems with the material for the Concerto for Violin and Orchestra No. 2 and asks Karel Šebánek if he could send him the material and score. He describes problems with the underlining of the English text in JULIETTA, he will have to work with an expert. He asks how they will handle the underlining of the text in the other copies, how KS will adjust the voices and choruses. He would like to start something already, now there is a shortage of opera. There is also a lot of interest in "little operas", maybe radio will record them for TV, will have to translate them. The [FIELD] MASS will be performed at Princeton on May 1. He asks where to address the money and what happened to his claims.
