Content

During a short stay in Geneva they heard about Jean Meylan's chamber orchestra and that he was particularly interested in modern music. They want to draw JM's attention to some of the label's works. The works are not yet completely printed. They will send JM the scores to look at and can provide material for him to borrow - including [Martinů's] CONCERTO GROSSO. JM is to let know which scores he would like to see.

Note

The Arnold Schönberg Center in Vienna also has the German original of the letter dated 31.1.1944 with the note "please translate into French"
