Dear Mr. Vosburgh,

I send the orchestra materiel and a second score. I hope, you shall get it. Mr. Hajny ask me to confirm your rights. You have the rights for first performance in Cleveland and for Radio, I would ask you only to give Radio-performance before 15. Decembre [sic]. I have first performence [sic] with A. Rodzinski in New York last week in December and I shall need the materiel. I hope it will be possible for you. I will comme [sic] in Cleveland about 26–27. Octobre [sic].
