Dear Mr. Vosburgh:
I am very glad to give you my 2nd Symphony for yours concerts October 28 and 30. and for the radio performance, and I will keep the exclusivity right for you until January 1-1944. If you would have the rights for another concerts in the country, in February, let me know, please, the approximative [sic] dates and I will keep the score and materiel at your disposition. If you have opportunity to record this work with the Columbia Recording Company, I will be glad to give you the rights to do it.
