ContentPaul Sacher thanks Bohuslav Martinů for his letter of 2.6. He would like to see the score of the CONCERT FOR CEMBALO AND SMALL ORCHESTRA and asks for it to be sent to him as soon as possible. He does not know whether the orchestra's personnel will enable them to perform the piece. Without the score, he cannot decide whether the piece will fit into the program of the concert for which he intended it. If it did not fit with the program, he would consider performing CONCERTINA FOR PIANO TRIO AND MUSIC ORCHESTRA. Has this piece ever been performed before? PS hopes to be able to perform one of these pieces next season. The concerts he has scheduled for this spring in Paris will not be able to take place until next season.
