Content and physical description
ContentMarie Pražanová asks Minister František Kahuda to address the issue of building a tomb for Bohuslav Martinů in Polička. Charlotte Martinů has personally informed the MP that she wishes to be buried with her husband in Polička. As it is five weeks until ChM's visit to the Prague Spring Festival, she asks MP to work on proposals so that they can be discussed with ChM during her stay. Otherwise, ChM might change her decision about the location of BM's grave and estate in CSR. The current grave of the Martin family is already occupied by Maria and František Martinů. In addition, the cemetery will be disturbed. MP proposes to build the tomb in the church tower, below BM's birthplace. A mortuary would also be an option, which will certainly not be demolished. MP advocates that the closed town hall in Polička be assigned to the new BM museum. The current condition is unsuitable for exhibitions and for archiving precious collections.
