ContentBohuslav Martinů listened to a radio performance of the first version of the CONCERTO FOR VIOLONCELLO AND ORCHESTRA No.1, which is full of mistakes. But [Eliane] Magnan performed the solo part well. BM asks Wilhelm Strecker if there is also a piano version of the second version of the piece. There are many people who would like to perform the concerto. However, BM wants to rework the work definitively and then finish it. He asks if WS would publish a new edition of the work.
