Content[Wilhelm Strecker] writes to Bohuslav Martinů that the cello part of the CONCERTO FOR VIOLONCELLO No. 1 is currently being edited. WS has sent this fragment to Pierre Fournier for checking. He also hopes to receive the manuscript of the piano excerpt soon, which he will send to BM before editing. They will check the last corrections when BM and PF are familiar with the cello part and the manuscript of the piano lift. In any case, the edition will be ready in time.
