ContentBohuslav Martinů rewrote the entire Concerto for Cello and Orchestra No. 1, focusing on changing the instrumentation, so that the work now presents a different picture. BM would like Wilhelm Strecker to arrange for the distribution of the new version also to [Pierre] Fournier for his performance on 5.12. BM would appreciate it if only the revised 1955 version were now performed. The piece is also performed by Eliane Magnan.
