Content and physical description
ContentWladimir Lakond received a letter from Harry Halbreich asking him several questions. He therefore sends him a copy of this letter, which is addressed to Charlotte Martinů. WL is interested in the catalogue of Bohuslav Martinů's compositions that HH is preparing. In addition to the catalogue, he is also interested in the rights to his compositions. Apart from CONCERTA DA CAMERA, they have not published any of his compositions. But they are preparing INTERMEZZO and also finishing the proofs of RYTIN. Frank Rybka has provided the score for FANTASIA. Unfortunately, WL did not receive a manuscript or a copy of the score of the CONCERT FOR VIOLIN, PIANO AND ORCHESTRA. If ChM also wishes a score of this piece, he can write to FR. He should also send them the piano excerpt. WL is also interested in THUNDERBOLT and asks that a photocopy be sent. Whenever a BM work is published, they will send six copies of the score and parts to ChM, as has been done so far. WL has previously sent BM the addresses of companies dealing with the European market. WL is therefore sending these names to ChM again. HH has not received the INTERMEZZA recordings, so WL wonders whether ChM has at least received the shipment. Work on BERGERETTES has already begun.
