Content and physical description
ContentCharlotte Martinů met with [Mario] Bois and was very disappointed with the situation with the Field Mass that Radio France wanted to play in May. She does not understand that Karel Šebánek does not have a single material and begs him to try to secure it. She also wants to know how much KS has already paid to Eschig, as ChM has not received any money. Both ChM and her sister are ill. ChM has no information about the [Prague Spring] festival, but she says there will be no Bohuslav Martinů composition. According to ChM, the publication of SYMPHONY No. 2 and No. 3 is not progressing quickly. Ansermet wanted to record the symphonies, but Decca Records refused, which is a pity. [Harry] Halbreich plans to finish the book in the summer.
