Content | Sends correspondency about the Martinů's VIOLIN CONCERTOS. He is sure, that the CONCERTO No. 1, H 226, is meant [?]. The CONCERTO No. 2, H 293 is already under copyright at Supraphon in Prague. He clarifies, that Mrs Martinůs remarks refer to the CONCERTO H 226, for which she has a conctract with Supraphone since 13.03.1973, after negotiations with director Šeda. Due to these Supraphone's interests she is in worry about a lost contract she made once with Mr Dr. Hans Moldenhauer. He does not know, what rights Mr Moldenhauer does actually have, but thinks, they cannot be very wide-ranging.
He talked with Mr. Dr. Lubomír Dorůžka from Supraphone, who is now the responsible person for this issue. Mr. LD promised to get in contact with the Northwestern University Library, for to get to know, whether they already have orchestral scores, and will contact the receipient, too. Provides his business adress. He would be glad to hear news, too. Greets Mr Steinbeck and wishes him, that he gets well, soon.
