ContentThanks for the letter from 22.08.1973 [not available - request for the material of the CONCERTO FOR VIOLIN AND ORCHESTRA No. 1, H 226]. He is glad for having obtained a fotocopy of the score from Mr [Don L.] Roberts. Now, on basis of the contract with Charlotte Martinů, he can give it to the print.
The letter of Mr. Roberts of 16.08.1973 does contain an assertion, that the copyright is still at Mr. Moldenhauer. ChM is going to be in contact with him, soon.
