ContentThis is a renewed contract between Dilia and the National Theatre in Prague for the theatrical performance of the works ISTAR, Conscience and Moravian Fantasy by Bohuslav Martinů, William Buck, Klement Slavický, Jiří Blažek and Vladimír Vašut. The period of performance is set for 1 August 1967-31 December 1968. The total fee is 10% of the gross income for each performance. Also attached is a document stating the state of affairs: on 9.8.1967 Dilia sent a renewed contract as previously signed, i.e. including the ISTAR ballet, but thereby incurring no costs to ND in the event of non-operation. ND acknowledges that, for the sake of simplicity, the contract has been concluded in its original form, i.e. including the ISTAR ballet, at no cost to the theatre.
