ContentRené Le Roy finds it necessary to produce a new edition of SONATA FOR FLUTE AND Clavier. He thinks that some corrections written by Bohuslav Martinů directly on a photograph of the manuscript might be useful. This photograph is at Charlotte Martinů's full disposal. The corrections were written by BM during the recording of the piece in 1950, and RLR is confident that they fully express his thoughts at the time. When RLR rehearses a piece with his students, he is always forced to correct the printed notes. A handwritten note to the director. The sender sends him a letter to RLR for good measure, which is stamped with the message that arrived in the envelope of the letter. Just in case, to make it easier for him to read this scrawl...
