ChM agrees that Dilia should start preparing an edition of Bohuslav Martinů's works mentioned in the letter of 22.4.1965, with the exception of works previously commissioned elsewhere (SHAKH KINGS, SHKRTIČKA).
ChM agrees to be represented by Dilia in the publishing, further reproduction and performance of the works mentioned. The agreement is valid until 31 December 1966.
ChM agrees that Dilia shall procure from Czechoslovak Radio material for THE VOICE OF THE FOREST and publish it.
