Content and physical description
ContentDilia informs Jaromír Špáček that the royalties were handed over to Charlotte Martinů during her stay in Prague in the spring of 1967. They enclose a copy of the bill; the addressee is to enclose it with his letter to Charlotte.
Dilia is negotiating with Alkor-Edition about the settlement of the royalties for the performance of JULIETTA and GAMES OF MARIA in the NSR, and will communicate the outcome of the negotiations. Mrs. Kalyakin has notified Supraphon and OSA, ChM will hopefully receive the bill as soon as possible.
Dilia has been negotiating with the administrative department of Czechoslovak Television about royalties for ChM and Georges Neveux [for the planned film version of JULIET, see DLA 1968-03-05]. The writer lists Dilia's demands, which will be discussed by ČST. Meanwhile, CST has noted that the contract for the French area will be subject to a five-year time limit, during which it would have to wait for a theatrical release. If the theatrical performance took place, television broadcasting would be possible within a period of one year after the premiere.
The writer is to inform ChM of this.
