Content and physical description
ContentThe contract between Dilia and Charlotte Martinů. ChM grants Dilia the rights to the works THE VOICE OF THE FOREST and PLAYS ABOUT MARY. ChM will receive royalties of 50% for performances, radio and television broadcasts, recordings and publishing or reproducing the material. In the case of performances and dissemination of works in Czechoslovakia, royalties will be sent to an account at Živnostenska banka in non-transferable crowns, otherwise to an account at Société Générale in Compiègne. When renting material, ChM will be entitled to 20% of the rental fee.
