Content and physical description
ContentCharlotta Martinů replies to Dilia's letter of 22.4.1965 [ID 8947]. She agrees that Dilia should begin to prepare an edition of the works of Bohuslav Martinů mentioned in the previous letter, with the exception of works previously commissioned elsewhere (SHAKH KINGS, SHRTIČ). The works could be performed in theatre, television or radio.
ChM agrees to be represented by Dilia in respect of the publication, further reproduction and performance of the above works. The agreement is valid until 31 December 1966 and may be extended. Under certain conditions, ChM has the right to withdraw from the agreement.
ChM agrees to allow Dilia to procure material for THE VOICE OF LESA for the purpose of publishing and performing the work. The material is at Czechoslovak Radio in Prague.
